Supporting all aspects of day-to-day maintenance program activities, merger-driven program standardizations and bridging, JANA offers a range of services. These include audits to ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Maintenance Review Board Reports (MRBPs) and Maintenance Planning Documents (MPDs) and fleetwide maintenance schedules.

Work Package Building Process

  • Develop maintenance planning work card packages for checks, special visits and routine tasks.
  • Conduct inspections at the beginning of the check to verify fleet accuracy.

Maintenance Packages Management

  • Factor in operator requirements (e.g., holidays) and aviation regulations for decision-making.
  • Assist maintenance programs in attaching appropriate routine tasks to checks and special visits.
  • Monitor 24/7 planning data, including induction date, maintenance stations, service days, task descriptions and check type.

Engineering Orders

  • Create an accomplishment plan to ensure modifications for the affected component or aircraft fleet are completed within the regulatory deadline.
  • Schedule visits and allocate man-hours to align with the business need dates set by the operator management team.
  • Confirm availability of parts, tooling, consumables, materials and all necessary resources to complete the project work cards.
  • Communicate with division to check stock availability in case on-condition parts are required.

Packages Review

  • Cross-verify aircraft information with scheduled plan based on Flight Hours, Flight Cycles or Calendar days.
  • Ensure all packages are current and up-to-date.

Mock-up Aircraft Visit

  • Assign experienced personnel to provide specialized support for the first accomplishment of engineering projects.
  • Submit late-add requests to assess the impact on the maintenance visit.
